Time management in bank exam


                 Time management in bank exam is very important factor. Especially for bank exam it affects merit. In these exams questions of reasoning and quantitative aptitude are not such difficult to solve but they need fast tricks for solve them. Syllabus and pattern of bank exams is very common hence if you go through some previous years papers of different banks then there is no need of other reference. But as we know that practice makes a man perfect so as maximum you can do practice, you should do, it will be beneficial for your exam.
                Generally, in bank exams you have only twenty to thirty seconds to solve a question which is very small quantity. Here time management plays its role. For better time management you should follow these guidelines:-

1.       Try to do calculation with the speed as fast as possible. For this you can refer video tutorials for fast math tricks.

2.       Solve the previous year paper of any bank exam with time limit. For this you can set an alarm so that you will feel more disciplined.

3.     In examination hall, attempt the section of less time consuming. For example in general knowledge section no calculation is required hence it consumes less time and you can use more time in quantitative aptitude and reasoning.

      Above guidelines will be helpful for time management in competition exam. This is very important that how much questions you can attempt those you know.

Make Easy English Preparation for Bank Exams

          English preparation plays an important role in every competition exam. So knowledge of English is important for success in competition exams. In English test mostly vocabulary and grammar based questions are asked.
            For particular bank exams, level of questions of English depends on type of exam. For clerical exam 10th Standard English knowledge is sufficient. But for bank PO exams higher level of grammar, composition, vocabulary is required. Some bank desires only passing marks in English hence marks of general English don’t affect the merit.  
             For English preparation you should keep these points in mind:-


1.       Read English news papers daily.
2.       Learn maximum new words you can, for vocabulary improvement.
3.     Go through the previous recruitment exam papers of different banks. This will help you to understand the topics which are frequently asked.
4.       Refer a good English grammar book for knowledge of grammar. Only standard writer book should be referred because reliability of matters in a book depends on writer’s knowledge and experience.

These are some guidelines which can help you for improvement in scorecard of English test.

Major Financial Problems of India

         There are many problems in India and it is true that more of them are related to finance problems and economic problems. Indian financial management has great role in world’s economy being the tenth largest economy in the world by GDP. We are now going through at least three kinds of finance problems in the India. These are:-
1.Many of people of under 45 years lowball their pension requirement. Not only lowball, but are very far-off from the correct estimate. They mostly generalize from their parent’s necessity, even when they understand that they lead a very different kind of lifestyle. After retirement they get financial problems.
2.Indian people are being extravagant imitating the western developed countries. You can find this at many time in various example. They flushed out wine worth of million when India win world cup. This is a simple and fresh example. It causes of financial problems to others.
3.Unemployment is also one of major financial problems in India. Here in a family if one or two member are earner and rest are simply depend on his/her/them then it creates a big problem. This kind of financial problem affect whole financial system of a country.
        So we can see that if we think about removal of financial problems from India then we should go through our self first.

K. V. Kamath : A new fortification for Infosys

                  Yesterday, NR narayan narayanmurthy, founder member and present chairman of Infosys is replaced by K.V. Kamath. This is the first time in the 30 years history of Infosys that an external man is selected as member of management board. On august 21, 2011 murthy will take retirement and Kamath will take his seat. K.V. Kamath is present non executive chairman of leading private sector bank in ICICI India.
                  The road to kamath as chairman of Infosys is not so easy. He will face the challenge to increase the profit of Infosys. Infosys, India’s number 2 software exporter is in struggle time to maintain its reputation in software market. These days share value of Infosys in Indian share market is decreasing continuously. Infosys is battling aggressive competition from larger rival Tata consultancy Services Ltd and Cognizant Technology, which are steadily chipping away at its market share.
